By signing below, I confirm the information provided is correct. I understand that if I am successful in gaining a charity place with Frontline at the Royal Parks Half Marathon, a member of the fundraising team will be in touch to confirm and start my registration process.

I agree to fundraise a minimum amount of £350 (which includes an initial non-refundable £25 deposit to secure your place), or the amount of my own personal fundraising target if this is a higher amount.

I understand that I must actively fundraise in exchange for a place, and must reach £100 by 31st August, or my place on the team may be at risk.
