Programme Eligibility & Commitment


The Innovation programme is open to all our fellows who have completed one of our programmes (Frontline, Step Forward, Pathways 2-4, Firstline, Progress Leadership, Headline and Consultant Social Worker programme), youth workers and care experienced young professionals aged 21-25.

 

The programme runs for 6 months and requires a commitment to attend the following elements of the programme:

  • One in-person residential: Monday 1 June - Tuesday 2 June 2026 (overnight stay in Warwick on 1 June) 
  • Four online workshops: Each lasting 120 minutes each, held between June and September, with a break over the summer holidays
  • Three online 1:2:1 coaching sessions: Each lasting 60 minutes each 
  • One online innovation development session: held in August lasting 120 minutes
  • One online mini pitch: To a small panel lasting 30 mins 

If you progress to Phase 2 of the programme you will be invited to attend a five-day residential bootcamp at our London office.
