Thank you for your interest in applying for the Innovation programme.

Programme Eligibility

The innovation programme is open to all our fellows who have completed one of our programmes. (Frontline, Step Forward, Pathways, Firstline, Headline and Consultant Social Worker programme)

Programme Commitment

Please confirm your commitment to attend the following elements of the programme:

One in-person launch date on 5 June 2025, 10AM-4.30PM (in-person in London)
Six online workshops lasting 120 minutes each
Four online 1:2:1 innovation coaching sessions lasting 90 minutes each
Two innovation development sessions lasting 120 minutes each

If you progress to Phase 2 of the programme. you will be invited to attend a one-week residential bootcamp.
